These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bulugo website, platform, chat services, APIs, MCP tools, data, content and related services.
Bulugo Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11184003. Our registered office is 278 Northfield Avenue, London, England, W5 4UB. In these Terms, "Bulugo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Bulugo Ltd.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

- Lead means a quote request, enquiry, expression of interest, introduction, contact detail, message or other commercial opportunity passed through or generated by the Services.

2. Bulugo's role
Bulugo is a lead-generation and introduction platform only. We help buyers and suppliers discover each other, exchange enquiries, receive leads, view indicative market information and use platform tools.
Bulugo is not, and must not be treated as:
- a broker in any underlying fuel, lubricant or related transaction;
- an agent of any buyer, supplier, ship owner, charterer, manager, trader, carrier, physical supplier or other party;
- a seller, buyer, supplier, reseller, distributor, carrier, bailee, warehouse provider, payment processor, escrow provider or physical supplier of any fuel, lubricant or related product;
- a contracting party to any sale, purchase, supply, delivery, carriage, storage, credit, financing or payment arrangement between buyers and suppliers;
- a guarantor of any user, lead, quote, transaction, price, delivery, specification, payment, compliance status or commercial outcome.
Buyers and suppliers contract directly with each other. Any resulting negotiation, contract, supply, delivery, payment, claim, dispute, loss or post-deal issue is solely between the buyer, supplier and any other relevant third parties.
3. No responsibility for deals or post-deal outcomes
Bulugo does not verify, warrant, guarantee or accept responsibility for:
- the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or executability of any quote, price, pricing indication, lead, message, specification, availability statement or market data;
- any supplier's capability, authority, licences, insurance, solvency, product availability, credit standing, sanctions status, delivery ability or legal compliance;
- any buyer's creditworthiness, authority, payment ability, sanctions status, KYC status, AML status, tax status or legal compliance;
- fuel or lubricant quality, quantity, grade, specification, fitness for purpose, contamination, testing, sampling, documentation, delivery, stem performance, delay, loss, shortage or off-spec claim;
- the legality, enforceability, performance or terms of any contract or order entered into between users;
- sanctions, export control, import control, anti-boycott, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist financing, competition, tax, customs, maritime, environmental or local-law compliance by any user or counterparty;
- price execution, payment, credit terms, taxes, duties, demurrage, claims, losses, delays, disputes, chargebacks, non-payment or insolvency;
- anything that happens in connection with a deal or after a deal, whether or not Bulugo introduced the parties or passed the relevant lead.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to pursue, negotiate, contract, perform or rely on any lead, introduction, quote, message, data or counterparty.
4. Your due diligence and compliance duties
All compliance, counterparty, transaction, product and delivery checks are entirely between buyers and suppliers. Bulugo only provides introductions and platform tooling, and gives no assurance around any underlying business.
Before entering into any transaction, you must carry out your own checks. These may include KYC, AML, sanctions, export-control, anti-boycott, credit, solvency, licence, insurance, product-quality, operational, contract, tax, customs, maritime, environmental and local-law checks.
You must not use the Services to request, offer, arrange, perform or facilitate any transaction that is unlawful, sanctioned, fraudulent, misleading, anti-competitive, corrupt, unsafe or otherwise improper.
5. Account registration and authority
You may need an account or approved access to use parts of the Services. You must provide accurate, current and complete information, keep it updated and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, API keys, MCP credentials, chat integrations and authorised users. You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
We may refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk for Bulugo or others, submitted misleading information, misused the Services, or failed to satisfy onboarding, compliance or security checks.
6. User Content and leads
You are responsible for your User Content. You warrant that User Content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, not misleading, lawful, and that you have the right to submit it.
You grant Bulugo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, process, transmit, display, analyse, adapt and share User Content as necessary to provide, improve, secure and evidence the Services, including passing leads and relevant details to potential counterparties.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, harassing, confidential without permission, infringing, malicious, anti-competitive, fraudulent, technically harmful, or in breach of data protection law.
7. Introductions and direct contracts
If Bulugo introduces a buyer and supplier or passes a lead, any subsequent communication, negotiation, agreement and performance is the responsibility of those parties.
Bulugo is not required to supervise negotiations, verify contract formation, police performance, collect payment, resolve disputes, inspect products, coordinate delivery, or verify whether a transaction completed.
8. Indicative pricing and market data
The Services may include indicative prices, market commentary, availability information, comparisons, analytics, historical data, summaries or other market information.
This information is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an executable quote, firm offer, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, technical advice, trading recommendation or guarantee of market availability.
You must verify all prices, specifications, availability, assumptions and commercial terms directly with the relevant counterparty before relying on them.
9. Chatbot, API and MCP tools
The Platform may include a chatbot handler to receive messages, collect information, route requests and help users interact with Bulugo. The chatbot may use AI to interpret and respond to messages, and outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Bulugo's supplier and buyer matching is not an AI decision-making system. Matching is performed by hard-coded platform rules and filters. Any MCP tooling we provide is tooling for you or your own AI agent to interact with Bulugo. Your agent remains your responsibility, not ours.
You must not treat chatbot, API, MCP or platform output as legal, tax, sanctions, credit, technical, safety, financial, operational or compliance advice. Bulugo is not responsible for decisions, transactions, losses or disputes arising from your reliance on those outputs.
Messages sent through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram or similar services may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.
10. API and MCP access
If we provide API or MCP access, you must keep credentials secure, use access only for the purpose and volume approved by Bulugo, comply with rate limits and technical instructions, and not share, expose, sell, sublicense or transfer credentials.
You must not scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, bypass controls, overload systems, interfere with the Platform, or use Bulugo data to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or service without our written consent.
We may monitor usage and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, excessive use, unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, or risk to Bulugo or others.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to break the law, submit false or misleading information, impersonate others, infringe rights, send spam or malware, harass others, compromise systems, probe or overload infrastructure, access data without permission, engage in anti-competitive behaviour, or expose Bulugo or others to legal, regulatory, operational or reputational harm.
12. Fees and payment
Some Services may be free, in beta, in early access, or subject to separate commercial terms. Bulugo may introduce subscription fees, account verification fees, API fees or other platform charges in the future.
If fees apply, they will be set out on the website, in an order form, in a separate agreement, or otherwise agreed in writing. Fees may be charged through Stripe or another payment provider. Unless expressly stated, Bulugo does not process or hold payment for the underlying buyer-supplier fuel or lubricant transaction.
Fees payable to Bulugo are separate from any amounts payable between buyers and suppliers under their own contracts.
13. Confidentiality
If either party receives confidential information from the other, it must use reasonable care to protect it and must only use it for the purpose for which it was provided. We may disclose confidential information where required by law or as reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
14. Data protection
Each party must comply with applicable data protection laws. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where Bulugo passes lead or contact details to a buyer or supplier, each recipient is responsible for its own lawful use of that personal data.
15. Intellectual property
Bulugo and its licensors own the Platform, website, software, data structures, APIs, MCP tools, designs, branding, workflows, documentation and content, except for User Content or third-party materials.
You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a written agreement with Bulugo.
16. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, messaging services, analytics providers, payment providers, data providers, maps, websites or tools. Bulugo is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, accuracy, policies or practices.
17. Availability and changes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure or continuous availability. We may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of the Services.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulugo, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with your transactions, User Content, breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, breach of law or any claim by a buyer, supplier, vessel interest, authority or other third party relating to a deal or post-deal outcome involving you.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Bulugo's fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulugo accepts no liability arising out of or in connection with the Services, any lead, introduction, quote, message, API or MCP output, market data, platform availability, user conduct, or any buyer-supplier transaction, delivery, product, specification, payment, tax, compliance, dispute, claim, loss or post-deal outcome.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, Bulugo is not liable for loss of profits, sales, revenue, business, opportunity, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, business interruption, loss of use, loss or corruption of data, wasted expenditure, trading losses, procurement losses, replacement-cost losses, or indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk for Bulugo or others, provided inaccurate information, failed checks, misused data or API access, or used the Services unlawfully or improperly.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website. Where appropriate, we may notify registered users by email, in-product message or other reasonable means.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
